I started this site to document my preparations to set off on a transatlantic sailing trip. Hopefully by sharing my process, people that have already been through this can provide additional insight, while others may discover a spark of inspiration for their own adventure.
If I did no further preparation from today onward, I feel 90% sure I would be successful. That said, the intent is for the trip to be enjoyable, not a constant struggle. Also, I find that I enjoy trip planning almost as much as the trip itself.

Stops: Bahamas? Bermuda & Azores
